In his latest collaboration with Royal Selangor, the designer that brought us the whale-inspired letter opener has channelled his creative genius to the task of designing an exciting christening range, called The Ark, set to capture a child's imagination.
Based on the world's endangered and threatened species, The Ark features the adorable panda, majestic polar bear, ferocious tiger, graceful turtle as well as the gentle giants of land and sea; the elephant and the whale.
The Ark not only celebrates the arrival of children but also pays homage to the majesty and character of the animal kingdom.
Besides pure function, be it a bowl, baby mug or photoframe, the Ark christening range serves the purpose of educating the little ones about earth's precious creatures.
Building on the success of The Ark christening collection, Nick Munro introduces another seven delightful new designs featuring a wider selection of endangered and threatened wildlife. The Ark 2 features orang utan bookends, rhinoceros coin box, koala document holder, camel eggcup, gorilla photocube, hippopotamus spoon and frog tooth box.
